Aleen May Bailey is a retired Jamaican sprinter who competed in the 100m and 200m. She was part of the historic Jamaican 4×100m relay team that won gold at the 2004 Athens Olympics alongside Veronica Campbell, Tayna Lawrence, and Sherone Simpson. She was a dominant force in NCAA competition and is the sister of reggae star Capleton.
