Gregory Haughton

Gregory Haughton is a Jamaican 400 meters runner and one of the most decorated relay athletes in Jamaica's history. Coached by Clyde Hart — who also trained world record-holder Michael Johnson — he earned five Jamaican national titles and was a cornerstone of Jamaica's 4×400m relay team for over a decade. Since retiring, he has become a respected mentor and motivational speaker.
